By submitting information to Train Scout Pro, you agree to these terms. Train Scout Pro is a connection service for U.S. residents, property owners, and contractors; it is not the contractor performing the work.

Homeowner requests

You agree to provide accurate information about your project and authorize Train Scout Pro to contact you about it. Before sharing your contact details with a specific contractor, Train Scout Pro will ask for your permission. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a contractor will be available or that a project will be accepted.

Rental maintenance requests

Renters may submit accurate information about a maintenance issue and a business contact for the owner or manager when known. We may contact the renter, discuss relevant details with the owner or manager, and consider suitable contractors. A request does not automatically notify the owner or manager, authorize repairs, or book a contractor. The owner or manager may need to approve the work. For urgent issues, contact the owner or manager directly; for immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Trade and service-business participation

Free business resources are available without a paid membership. Submitting a signup creates a private record for review; it does not confirm availability, create a public profile, guarantee work, or start a paid plan or trial. Any future paid offer would require separately accepted terms. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their business information and for maintaining any insurance, registrations, permits, licenses, and qualifications required for their work.

Choosing and hiring a contractor

Property owners are responsible for reviewing estimates, references, insurance, qualifications, contracts, and other information before hiring. Contractors remain independently responsible for their communications, estimates, agreements, workmanship, employees, taxes, and legal obligations.

Acceptable use

You may not submit false requests, misuse another person’s information, attempt to access private lead information, interfere with the site, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

No guarantee

Train Scout Pro works to create useful local connections but does not guarantee lead quality, project awards, contractor performance, pricing, schedules, or results. To the extent allowed by law, use of the service is at your own risk.
